Attorney Collum’s representation of individuals includes representation before various state and local agencies and private professional associations, including the Accountancy Board, Real Estate Commission, Department of Insurance, Liquor Control Commission, Board of Pharmacy, State Medical Board, Board of Nursing, Chiropractic Examining Board, Counselor and Social Worker Board, Department of Commerce, Department of Education, Department of Job and Family Services, Department of Taxation, Motor Vehicle Dealers Board, Ohio Ethics Commission, Board of Cosmetology, State Board of Psychology, State Dental Board, State Veterinary Medical Board and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.

As part of this process, matters being heard before administrative agencies can be appealed to Court under Ohio Revised Code Section 119.01, et seq.
